Short description

The Women's Rights Center conducts workshops aimed at promoting gender-sensitive communication. These workshops address gender biases, stereotypes, and the use of inclusive language in both professional and personal settings.

Main guidelines & principles extrapolated

  1. Use gender-neutral language to avoid reinforcing stereotypes
  2. Educate participants about the impact of gender biases in communication
  3. Promote the implementation of gender equality policies in organisation
  4. Provide real-life scenarios and role-playing exercises to practice gender-sensitive communication.
