WeLearn Limited
WeLearn Limited, founded in the summer of 2023, is responding to the growing need for wellbeing education and training in Ireland's rural schools and youth centres, particularly in counties Cavan and Meath, where suicide rates are twice the national average. WeLearn focuses on developing green skills among young people and youth workers and has extensive experience in organising civic participation workshops.
The team has also run projects in schools and youth centres on topics such as cyber-bullying and online safety, identity and managing life transitions, mental health and wellbeing, gender identity and sexuality, community media and youth advocacy, intercultural group work and communication, and climate change through challenge-based learning.
